Human Resources Operations Coordinator
ActOne Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR & Office Administrator to support human resources, payroll coordination, and daily office operations for their New York office. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and vendors while ensuring compliance with New York labor laws and smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors
Support HR functions including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee records, and compliance with NY labor laws
Track PTO, time corrections, reimbursements, and employee schedules
Submit and review payroll under the guidance of the HR Coordinator, ensuring compliance with wage, hour, and overtime regulations
Process expense reports and reimbursements using SAP Concur or similar systems
Maintain accurate personnel, vendor, and compliance records
Coordinate with California headquarters to ensure alignment with company HR policies
Provide front office and general administrative support, including vendor coordination, expense tracking, and office operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, office administration, or operations
Working knowledge of New York labor laws and HR compliance requirements
Familiarity with payroll processes, expense reimbursement, and employee onboarding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Mac-based systems
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred
Experience with SAP Concur or similar expense platforms
