Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and development of scalable SaaS application features that deliver business value to customers in the Generative AI domain
Implement user-facing features and backend services that interact with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other advanced AI capabilities using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, intuitive, and reliable AI-driven application experiences
Assist in diagnosing and resolving application issues, enhancing performance, and ensuring application availability and security, particularly in the context of AI model integration
Write maintainable, well-tested code, and actively participate in code reviews, documentation, and architectural discussions related to Generative AI workflows and system design
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science or related technical field
6+ years of experience in backend software development with cloud infrastructure or 6+ years of experience in frontend software development
Strong proficiency in at least one language such as Go, Java, Python, C++, or React, Vue.js, Svelte for frontend
Experience building and maintaining distributed services in a production environment
Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and CI/CD practices
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, operating systems, and networking
Preferred
MS in Computer Science
Experience working with LLM serving frameworks like vLLM, DeepSpeed, or FasterTransformer
Exposure to agent-based AI systems or tool-based inference workflows
Knowledge of cloud-native observability tools and scalable service design
Experience in LangChain and/or LangGraph is a big plus

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
