They are seeking a Construction Project Controls Engineer to support the successful execution of their construction projects, focusing on change management and cost projection processes.

Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes received from Subcontractors
Analyze information / data received in order to provide tactful methods of issue resolution
Communicate with Subcontractors to allow for timely, accurate responses
Understand and comply with Owner requirements specific to receipt & submission of information
Take ownership for the review, accuracy, and updating of MEP manifest billing
Gain exposure to Subcontractor cashflows and Owner billing
Be mindful of company / project risk when dealing with issues
Approach internal / external conflict and issues with logic
Maintain a calm, professional attitude
Qualification
Required
BS in Construction Management or a quantitative related degree
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Possess outstanding communication, time management skills, and computer skills
