Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals and social media platforms

Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates

Support in maintaining and updating the candidate database

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback

Assist in onboarding activities, including document verification and orientation sessions

Help in scheduling and coordinating internal training programs

Maintain and update training records and feedback forms

Support in organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events

Help in gathering feedback from employees regarding engagement initiatives

Assist in preparing communication content for internal HR announcements

Assist in maintaining HR records, including employee files and attendance data

Support in preparing HR-related reports and documentation

Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
