This role will be coordinating vendor integration activities across internal Optum teams and external vendor partners for member eligibility, engagement data, single-sign-on, and more
Qualification
Required
healthcare industry experience, preferably with an insurance company or digital health company
tech product or business product management experience
Clear communication skills to coordinate across companies
some business understanding of member eligibility data
light technical skills to at least have a basic understanding of APIs, file exchange
great project management skills to coordinate across multiple Optum teams and external vendor teams
Preferred
Have worked to direct tech teams in the past to set up APIs
Perform user acceptance testing
Project/product management work
