Responsibilities
Looking for a candidate who is well versed in building level integrated testing environments on IBM Mainframes
The team member will be required to interact with application teams, architects, governance, and audit for defining the strategies required to onboard new applications
They will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations, processes, and documentation to address product vulnerabilities
They will be reporting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to help drive the success of projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10+ year's of IBM Mainframe exposure using JCL, Cobol, DB2/IMS, EZETRIEVE/SAS, VSAM
Good knowledge on MF file structures along with DB2 RDBMS
Exposure to sanitization or data masking techniques
Experienced in working with IMS and DB2 databases
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels
Ability to work closely with Developers and Architects to strategize and drive solutions to complex requirements
Familiarity with dataflow structure within a complex environment
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint skills)
Strong Analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy
Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience with Agile project methodologies
Experience with IBM DataStage other ETL Tools
