Senior Project Manager – Clinical Imaging (Oncology)
Planet Pharma is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support oncology clinical trials with imaging components. This high-impact role requires managing client-facing imaging studies and ensuring project deliverables are met in alignment with sponsor timelines.
Responsibilities
Execute and manage imaging study deliverables in clinical trials in alignment with project scope and sponsor timelines
Oversee day-to-day operational activities for clinical imaging projects
Support development and compliance of imaging trial documentation (Image Review Charters, Imaging Manuals, Data Transmittal Forms, etc.)
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, current, and properly maintained
Manage core project plans and processes, including: Project Management Plans, Communication Plans, Risk & Escalation Plans, CTMS documentation
Identify resource needs and assign responsibilities across project teams
Identify out-of-scope requests and collaborate with stakeholders to revise work orders as needed
Review and manage project deliverables from start to finish
Prepare metrics and reporting for clients and senior leadership
Support forecasting and financial planning activities
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a health-related field
4+ years of Project Management experience, with strong experience in imaging clinical trials
Imaging Core Lab and CRO experience required
Oncology clinical trial experience required (radiopharma experience not required)
Minimum 2+ years of medical imaging experience in a clinical trial setting
Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical trial quality/compliance standards
Hands-on experience with imaging trial documentation and workflows
Experience working with multiple EDC systems
Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications
Proven ability to manage client-facing projects
Preferred
Experience managing global Phase III clinical trials with imaging components
PMP certification
Background working with established CROs or imaging organizations
