Responsibilities
Technical SEO: Optimize site speech and usability for search engines, including improving Core Web Vitals (FCP, LCP, INP, FID, CLS)
On-SERP SEO: Implement and manage structured data for enriched snippet visibility on search results
On-Page SEO: Research and implement strategies to improve keyword rankings, meta tags, headers, and content structure
Off-Page SEO: Develop and manage backlink strategies, monitor link quality, and disavow harmful links
SEO Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools to track performance and provide insights
Performance Evaluation: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SEO strategies and related ad campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators
Preferred
Knowledge in mathematics, statistics, or data science
Practical experience with frontend frameworks like Next.js or other JavaScript-based environments
Proven success in improving Core Web Vitals scores (FCP, LCP, INP, FID, CLS)
Hands-on experience implementing structured data using JSON-LD or microdata
Strong grasp of SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools
Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
Experience in legal or professional services industries is a plus
