The role focuses on building high-performing teams, creating scalable systems, and fostering a consultative sales culture to convert leads into clients during challenging times.
Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop Client Success & Engagement Specialists
Coach teams to peak performance while ensuring ethical compliance
Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and care
Design scalable consultation and engagement systems
Achieve 50%+ conversion rates from qualified leads
Expand referral partnerships and client relationships statewide
Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and lead-generation
Optimize CRM systems and analytics
Develop processes that ensure consistent client experiences
Manage budgets and resources for growth initiatives
Track and report performance metrics to leadership
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years leadership in client engagement for professional services (legal, financial, healthcare, or consulting)
Proven track record building and scaling high-performing client-facing teams
Strong background leading inside consultative sales and high-value engagement
CRM expertise (Lawmatics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, psychology, or related
