Outside Sales Rep - Carolinas Mid-Atlantic Region
Lewis Marine Supply is a well-established marine distributor and wholesale/retail supplier with over 60 years of industry experience. They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships in the Carolinas/Mid-Atlantic region. This role involves frequent travel to meet clients and selling a range of marine parts, paints, and accessories.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Conduct inperson meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts
Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience in outside sales (marine or related industries preferred)
Strong knowledge of boats, marine equipment, and boating terminology
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
