Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s complex calendar across time zones: schedule, prioritize, and resolve conflicts while protecting focus time
Plan and execute detailed executive travel and itineraries (domestic & international), including logistics, visas, and contingency planning
Triage CEO communications: handle email filtering, draft responses, prepare briefing notes, and maintain follow-up systems
Oversee expense reporting and vendor invoices: submit reconciliations, manage corporate card activity, and coordinate with finance
Prepare high-quality meeting materials, board packages, and presentations; research background information and produce concise executive summaries
Coordinate personal support needs (appointments, household vendors, personal travel) and confidential matters with utmost discretion
