Responsibilities

Organize and track key data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines

Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams

Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) to drive focus, accountability, and continuous improvement

Manage priorities across Asana and Jira, ensuring visibility of team progress and removing blockers

Facilitate cross-functional communication between data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders across product and leadership teams

Prepare and deliver regular status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Support the implementation of best practices in project governance, prioritization, and documentation

Required

5+ years of experience managing projects in data engineering, analytics, or data science organizations

Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams to achieve measurable results

Hands-on experience with Asana, Jira, and agile/scrum methodologies

Strong understanding of data workflows, pipelines, and analytics processes, with the ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences

Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills, with a track record of fostering alignment and accountability

Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude AI, or similar) to improve decision-making, automate tasks, or optimize workflows

A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and maintain clarity amidst ambiguity
