Responsibilities
Provide day to day production support and resolve manufacturing issues for ER GMLRS hardware
Lead MRBE reviews, generate technical data packages, and obtain or maintain MRBE authority
Perform root cause investigations and drive corrective action implementation
Create, revise, and release engineering drawings and 3 D models in accordance with program standards
Collaborate with Stress Analysis, Materials & Processes, Test, Production, and senior Mechanical Engineers to ensure design integrity
Support technical suppliers, conduct supplier visits, and validate supplied parts
Travel to MFC facilities in Camden, AR, and multiple supplier sites across the U.S. (~25% of the time)
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance
Provide day to day production support and resolve manufacturing issues for ER GMLRS hardware
Lead MRBE reviews, generate technical data packages, and obtain or maintain MRBE authority
Perform root cause investigations and drive corrective action implementation
Create, revise, and release engineering drawings and 3 D models in accordance with program standards
Collaborate with Stress Analysis, Materials & Processes, Test, Production, and senior Mechanical Engineers to ensure design integrity

Preferred
Previous experience in a Material Review Board (MRB) role, particularly in a production setting
Familiarity with the transition from development to production, including the resolution of design issues and optimization for mass production
Experience in mechanical design (preferably production phase) in aerospace or a similar industry
Prior experience with Lockheed Martin programs or similar defense contractors is a plus
