Responsibilities
Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, multi-org strategy, and solution design
Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing
Hands-on experience with API-led architecture (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, Event-Driven frameworks
Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions
Advanced understanding of Salesforce Data Modeling, Large Data Volume (LDV) patterns, and performance optimization
Strong understanding of Pharma processes
Knowledge of industry standards such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, , UDI, and PV (Pharmacovigilance)
Experience with HCP/HCO engagement models, patient services workflows, and field medical/field sales operations
Knowledge of drug commercialization, patient access programs, and regulatory compliance workflows

Lead cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, QA, regulatory, and business stakeholders
Conduct architectural reviews, design workshops, and technical governance boards
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to mentor junior architects and technical teams
One successful Life Science end end solutioning and designing experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Experience in Core Salesforce skills
