Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and project teams
Assist with project documentation, schedules, and status tracking
Support meeting coordination, agendas, and follow-up notes
Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and basic milestones
Maintain accurate project records and shared documentation
Communicate updates with internal stakeholders as needed
Support day-to-day project operations and reporting tasks
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Management, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in an administrative, project, or coordination role (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document sharing, email)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
