The Retail Marketing Manager will own and execute store-level marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, conversion, and community engagement across retail locations.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee store-level marketing initiatives across all (42) retail locations
Develop and manage in-store events (launches, activations, VIP nights, community events) that drive traffic and sales
Lead and support adoption of The Brand's clienteling app, ensuring stores are using it consistently and effectively to drive repeat visits and customer engagement
Build and manage local partnerships (influencers, gyms, salons, universities, businesses, and community organizations) tailored to each market
Collaborate closely with Store Managers and Regional Leaders to ensure marketing initiatives are executed consistently and on-brand
Monitor and analyze foot traffic, conversion rates, event performance, and store-level KPIs, using insights to refine strategy
Partner with Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to translate brand campaigns into compelling in-store experiences
Create playbooks, guidelines, and best practices for retail marketing execution
Travel regularly to stores to support launches, events, and on-the-ground execution
Act as the voice of retail back to HQ—sharing insights on customer behavior, local trends, and store needs

Required

4–7+ years of experience in retail marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail
Proven experience driving store traffic and conversion through local marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of clienteling, CRM tools, and in-store customer engagement strategies
Experience planning and executing in-person events
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret store-level performance data
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple markets at once
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness and ability to travel frequently

Preferred

Experience working with fast-growing or multi-store retail brands
Familiarity with POS, traffic-counting tools, or retail analytics platforms
Background in community marketing or local brand partnerships
