Growth Marketing Manager (B2B)
Hansen Recruiting is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute US-focused marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue. This role involves localizing global marketing strategies for the US market and managing campaign execution across various channels.
Responsibilities
Localize global marketing campaigns, messaging, and offers for US audiences
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, content, social, events, and partnerships
Own campaign setup, testing, optimization, and performance reporting
Manage paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Drive lead generation, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue through funnel optimization and CRO
Identify new US growth opportunities, including channels, partnerships, and audience strategies
Execute B2B marketing initiatives targeting ecommerce businesses
Develop and oversee content such as case studies, webinars, swipe files, and VSLs
Partner with sales and customer/member success teams to align marketing with revenue goals
Track and analyze performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates
Use insights to optimize targeting, creative, messaging, and spend allocation
Regularly report results and recommendations to marketing leadership
Support webinars, virtual events, and in-person activations for US audiences
Identify and activate strategic partnerships and sponsorships
Leverage customer success stories and testimonials to enhance engagement and credibility
Qualification
Required
6+ years of marketing experience
3+ years of experience in a mid-level or management role
Strong performance marketing background, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Proven success driving lead generation, funnels, MQLs, and pipeline
Experience with CRO, testing, and data-driven optimization
B2B marketing experience and understanding of complex funnels
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable working in founder-led or fast-paced environments
Willingness to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
