CSR/Marketing Assistant
Bismarck Aero Center is seeking a CSR/Marketing Assistant who will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for creating a positive impression of the company. This role involves providing customer service, clerical support, and assisting with marketing activities to enhance the company's brand in the aviation community.

Responsibilities
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating with customers, & co-workers
Provide clerical support and keep open communication with FBO Manager and all other departments
Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls as required
Provide a high level of customer service and create positive experiences for customers
Balance fuel books daily, audit daily fuel records and perform general administrative support
Communicate with clients and take in new requests (reserve hotel rooms/rental cars etc)
Communicate with Flightline Technicians on customer requests
Work with Flight Department to Schedule/Coordinate flights; provide courtesy confirmation calls to both client and pilot
Assist the Marketing Activities to improve the image of the company
Own company social media site and create content that interacts with customers
Procure new advertising and promotional materials
Own company event planning and follow through
Administer and track community involvement giving
Build relationships with customers and the Bismarck aviation community
Manage CRM database and data collection
Become familiar with company departments to be able to answer client questions
Computerized bookkeeping, data entry, word and spreadsheet processing
Purchase and maintain the inventory of office supplies and equipment
Occasional cleaning and housekeeping duties around the FBO office
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Positive and helpful attitude towards customers and peers
Must be detail oriented with customer requests
Prioritization and time management skills
Be able to work in fast paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Great communication and 'people' skills are necessary
Proficiency with MS Office required
Driver's License
Associate's degree required
Background Check
Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing required
Must be able to obtain TSA security clearance
40 hours/week
Preferred
Creative design experience is preferred but not required
Previous customer service experience desired
InDesign or other Design program experience preferred
4-year degree or relevant experience in marketing or business admin preferred
