Senior Secretariat Coordinator
The University of Canberra is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Secretariat Coordinator to support key governance bodies, including the University Council and Academic Board. This role involves managing governance committees, providing secretariat support, and coordinating governance projects.

Responsibilities
Manage responsibilities autonomously
Manage Academic Governance committees that meet a minimum six times a year
Provide high-quality secretariat support, including preparing agendas, assembling papers, taking accurate minutes, and coordinating meeting logistics
Liaise with committee and board members, offering timely advice and ensuring smooth communication with staff submitting papers
Coordinate governance projects such as elections, graduations, induction materials, Annual Report content, and website updates
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
Superior writing, editing, and proof-reading abilities
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when required
