Client Manager/Business Development
TEEMA is a staffing and recruiting company that is experiencing growth and is seeking a Client Manager. The role involves building and managing client relationships, driving business development, and collaborating with Talent Managers to fill open roles, all while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
Build and manage client relationships in your chosen vertical
Drive business development through cold calls, referrals, networking, and social media
Collaborate with Talent Managers (Recruiters) across TEEMA to fill your open roles
Qualify job orders, share intake calls, and communicate directly with clients
Strategize on the best sourcing methods for each search
Track activity and progress in Bullhorn, our ATS
Be the face of TEEMA to your clients from the first call to final placement
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of staffing agency experience, business development or full-desk preferred
Proven ability to bring in and manage client accounts
Strong communication, hustle, and follow-through
A true self-starter who thrives with flexibility and ownership
Preferred
Familiarity with Bullhorn a plus
Industry vertical focus (Healthcare, Tech, A&F, S&M, Legal, Manufacturing, etc.)
