Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders across business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Evaluate and improve systems processes; identify process gaps and inefficiencies
Develop clear and actionable business and functional requirements
Communicate effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to track progress and system performance
Conduct daily system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain documentation and version control of system and process changes
Support project testing, training, and implementation activities
Foster strong relationships across teams to support system integration and change management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on enterprise or modernization projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Visio or Lucidchart for process documentation
Experience working with public sector, transportation, or education systems
Strong collaboration and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
Must have experience working with a government agency
