Responsibilities

Lead and oversee technical operations across engineering, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and internal systems

Establish and optimize operational processes to ensure system reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency

Partner with Engineering and Product teams to support the delivery of high-quality, production-ready technology solutions

Own incident management, on-call processes, SLAs, and post-incident reviews to ensure operational resilience

Drive infrastructure planning, capacity management, and technology roadmaps aligned with business growth

Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure systems meet regulatory, security, and governance requirements

Implement monitoring, observability, and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve operational risks

Manage vendor relationships, cloud providers, and third-party technical partners

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technical operations, DevOps, SRE, or platform teams

Communicate operational performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to executive and non-technical stakeholders

Continuously improve operational maturity through automation, documentation, and best practices

Required

Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE practices, monitoring, and incident management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, cloud-native, or data-driven environments

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern infrastructure tooling

Experience supporting enterprise or B2B technology products

Background in compliance, security, or regulated industries
