Bayforce is seeking a Junior Order Management (OM) Engineer to support a highly customized SAP-based order management ecosystem. The role involves troubleshooting issues within the Order Management space and contributing to documentation and onboarding materials while preparing for a migration to SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot issues within the Order Management (OM) space, including order processing and downstream impacts

Assist with analysis of changes impacting:

Expected delivery dates

Order routing logic

Sourcing and fulfillment behavior

Overall order outcomes

Work within a highly customized SAP environment (not standard out-of-the-box SAP)

Partner with senior developers and business stakeholders to understand end-to-end order-to- cash process flows

Contribute to documentation and onboarding materials, including:

Runbooks

Process diagrams and system flows

Support guides and knowledge articles

Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce recurring issues and improve system stability

Support initiatives related to ECC cleanup and preparation for SAP S/4HANA brownfield migration

Required

1–3 years of experience in SAP-related support, development, or functional consulting (internships or co-ops may be considered if highly relevant)

Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments

Interest in, or early experience supporting, Order Management / Order-to-Cash processes

Strong troubleshooting mindset with a willingness to ask questions, dig into details, and learn quickly

Ability to communicate clearly and provide examples of work performed, even if limited in scope

Comfortable following structured processes while leveraging documentation to build independence and confidence

Preferred

Exposure to SAP ABAP concepts, including debugging, reading code, working with developers, and basic enhancements

Familiarity with SAP transactions and navigating SAP to investigate and resolve issues

Experience working with cross-functional teams involving supply chain, transportation, customer service, finance, or billing

Interest in growing into a strong SAP OM resource over time through hands-on experience and mentorship
