Mobile Device Administrator
NPO USA is looking for a Mobile Device Administrator to manage the procurement and provisioning of mobile devices and services. The role involves providing technical support, assisting users with device management, and overseeing various mobile device projects and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the procurement and provisioning of mobile devices and services in line with company policies and budget
This includes but is not limited to smartphones, tablets, cellphones, MiFi’s, data devices, Industrial devices, AR/VR devices and pagers
Provide third level technical support for all previously mentioned types of mobile devices
Assist users in locating or remotely wiping data from lost or stolen devices to prevent data breaches
Assist users with activation of new and replacement devices
Provision and ship refurbished devices to in-contract users who require a replacement but are not yet eligible with the service provider
Process Loaner Device requests for short term deployments, such as basic cell phone for international trip, MiFi for special project, etc. Managing the timely deployment and recovery of those devices
Provide International Service account changes as needed
Responsible for the ordering processes and device model options with the service providers and maintaining the required line counts for each contract
Support various levels of users and management in all aspects of mobility including MDM management, network connectivity, certificate management, as well as working closely with numerous internal teams to support the infrastructure
Responsible for projects such as mobile migrations, new product and process assessments, security policy reviews, application reviews and exploring new technology options
Device Management: Overseeing the enrollment, configuration, deployment and management of devices for special projects using Microsoft Intune. This includes but is not limited to mobile devices, industrial devices, AR, VR and Macs
Application Management: Assisting users with the deploying, updating, and managing of applications on their enrolled devices. This includes both internal and third-party applications
Troubleshooting and Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting for MDM related issues, including device enrollment, policy application, and app deployment
Reporting and Compliance: Generating reports on device compliance, cellular usage, and security status to ensure adherence to organizational policies
Device recovery and Legal Hold: Responsible for processing all returned devices from users. This includes identifying and managing Legal Hold devices; devices which can be refurbished as replacements for users who need a replacement while still in contract; and devices to be recycled with the service provider
Processing Immediate Deactivation requests from Corporate Security
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Stellantis Mobile Device ordering processes, requirements and policies
Technical knowledge and use of Stellantis systems including but not limited to: HRS, ReFLEX, DriveIT, ServiceNOW, DigitalME
Demonstrated experience in mobile device provisioning, deployment and service provider account management
Work with both corporate and business leadership to order and deploy mobile devices while following corporate policies to support business/mission goals and objectives
In depth knowledge of iOS and Android mobile device operating systems and functionality
Conduct research for mobile device equipment, accessories and services as the contracts and device models evolve
Level 3 advanced Troubleshooting skills, ability to analyze complex technical challenges and issues
Extensive knowledge to manage devices and configuration profiles in: Samsung KME and Apple ABM
Leverage support of Microsoft, Samsung, Apple and Service Providers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Experience managing incidents, updating incidents and service updates, some on-site work is required
Provide after-hours troubleshooting and/or on-call availability as needed
Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize day-to-day responsibilities
Analytical aptitude, to break down situation and critical think about issues or solutions
Ability to articulate complex technical ideas in simple verbiage, able to work collaboratively in a complex, rapidly changing, and culturally diverse environment
Ability to manage multiple activities at the same time; keep track of the different initiatives while understanding the dependencies between several ongoing efforts
Self-motivated, driven and capable of working unsupervised
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of systems and their integration with Intune including but not limited to: ABM, KME, VPP, Jamf
