Act as HR partner to US leadership during market entry
Lead end-to-end hiring for early US roles (commercial, ops, HQ)
Build core HR processes (onboarding, performance, compliance)
Advise leaders on org design, structure, and people decisions
Manage employee relations and ensure US labor law compliance
Shape culture and ways of working as the team grows
