Responsibilities
Working with customer's to meet their financial needs - both in sales and loans
Evaluating fair values for products presented for pawn with focus on general merchandise i.e. electronics, tools, etc
Ability to sell value and negotiate sales
Accurately handle cash transactions
Friendly customer support - in person and over the phone
Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the shop; in showroom and warehouse
Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
Able to lift 50lbs
Hardworking and willing to be a part of a team
Organized, with attention to detail
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Resume must show a stable work experience
Willing to undergo background check
