Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of client presentations both physical and digital design boards
Create floor plans and mock-ups for furniture layouts and design elements using AutoCAD
Pick up and deliver materials, samples, and drawings to clients, vendors, and job sites
Request and organize information from vendors and fabricators
Assist with on-site installations, styling and project photoshoots
Assist in creating and tracking client budgets, orders, and delivery schedules
Support the project manager in tracking orders, managing timelines, and organizing project documents
Qualification
Required
At least two years of experience in high-end interior design
Highly organized
Detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Demonstrate a sense of urgency
Excellent follow-through
Solid knowledge of both national and international vendors
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Excellent written and communications skills
Friendly, professional telephone manner
Highly motivated, independent worker
