United Flea Markets is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to join Keller’s Flea Market, which offers a fun, fast-paced working environment. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing leasing, administrative, and cashier functions, while providing outstanding service to guests and vendors.

Responsibilities

General office support
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Copying, faxing, scanning
Assist with upkeep of the office
Answer multiple phone lines, screen phone calls and take messages
Provide outstanding service to our guests
Provide outstanding service to our vendors
Assist Vendors with reservations
Precise cash handling
Assist with project related tasks
