United Flea Markets is seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds & Maintenance Technician to help keep their outdoor and indoor facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role is essential for ensuring a positive experience for vendors, customers, and staff by maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Responsibilities

Perform general groundskeeping duties, including trash removal, sweeping, pressure washing, and landscaping upkeep
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, walkways, restrooms, and vendor spaces
Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Set up and break down tables, tents, and equipment for vendors or special events
Monitor property for safety hazards and report or correct issues promptly
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Respond to maintenance requests from management in a timely manner
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualification

Independent workJanitorial experiencePhysical abilityAttention to detailPositive attitude

Required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending

Preferred

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
