Responsibilities
Design and implement automated workflows for cloud and hybrid network deployments, system health checks, and observability
Develop scripts and tools to streamline provisioning, configuration, and patching of infrastructure components
Act as Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) in a 24x7 on-call rotation; monitor service health and respond to incidents within defined SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurrence of live site issues
Optimize operational processes through automation to reduce manual intervention and improve system uptime
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of infrastructure changes
Conduct security and compliance checks during onboarding of new technologies and infrastructure updates
Maintain alignment with organizational standards for SFI, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
Enhance automated test coverage for infrastructure workflows to ensure reliability and reduce operational risk
Validate system performance and integrity through continuous monitoring and proactive testing
