Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Develop and design PowerPoint pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and organize the BD team's funnel, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and progress
Collaborate with the commercial team to support deal execution and client engagement
Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of BD, helping to prioritize initiatives, manage workflows, and fill operational gaps
Provide thoughtful input and organizational finesse to strengthen BD processes and outcomes
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or related roles
Proven ability to work hard, follow through, and deliver results with dedication
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful, with strong interpersonal finesse
Prior experience in upstream Oil & Gas (OG) is required; CCUS experience is a plus but not mandatory
Experience working with Salesforce is required
Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and proposal writing
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, filling gaps and supporting multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
Preferred
MBA is preferred
