Starbucks Managing Partner
Chick-fil-A Restaurants is seeking a Starbucks Manager to lead and inspire a vibrant coffeehouse environment. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a dedicated team of baristas and staff to drive the store’s success.

Lead daily store operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
Supervise and motivate team members, providing ongoing training & development to enhance their skills
Manage inventory control, including stock levels for coffee beans, food items, and supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
Oversee food preparation and kitchen activities to maintain safety standards and food quality
Handle cash management duties such as POS transactions using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling
Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all food handling and preparation areas
Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and manage shift scheduling to optimize staffing levels during busy hours
Qualification
Required
Proven management experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with casual dining or quick service settings
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management with culinary or hospitality experience
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential
Demonstrated supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Excellent customer service skills coupled with leadership abilities to train and develop staff effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and food industry regulations
Ability to manage shift schedules, oversee food production processes, and handle budgeting responsibilities confidently
