Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a Product Specialist 1 to support their technology and data office. The primary responsibility of the PS1 is to manage customer tickets and provide product support, while also contributing to documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities
Make sound recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the product
Manage and complete customer tickets related to the product
Provide effective product support as needed
Provide input to training and/or documentation materials regarding the latest technical and functional design changes and processes used within the product
Attend meetings
Complete customer service ticket requests
Submit weekly reports
Respond to emails and phone calls
Create documentation as needed
Assist in testing
Be part of the Customer Engagement team
Qualification
Required
Expert for a technical development or execution environment product or set of products
Make sound recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the product
Manage and complete customer tickets related to the product
Provide effective product support as needed
