Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain automation software solutions and integration components for Linux, Windows, and OCI environments using Python, Ansible, PowerShell, and Golang
Build and extend scalable automation platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling with a focus on security and compliance
Integrate and enhance configuration management and orchestration processes for better software delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation software and platform integrations
Collaborate with security, operations, and compliance teams to ensure solutions align with regulatory and organizational requirements
Write and maintain technical documentation, including software design and standard operating procedures
Conduct code reviews and collaborate with teammates to uphold software best practices
Continuously research and evaluate new development frameworks, automation tools, and best practices to drive innovation and reliability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or DevOps roles
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Go, or PowerShell for building automation software
Solid background in Linux software development and scripting
Experience with containerization concepts and tools: Docker, Kubernetes
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and cloud environments (Terraform, AWS, OCI, Azure)
Understanding of monitoring, logging, and software observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
Able to troubleshoot and support applications running in Linux and container environments
Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
