Responsibilities
Conducting thorough energy audits and home inspections using BPI methodology
Communicate the work that is being done to homeowners
Provide outstanding customer service and support
Manage projects and jobs from start to finish
Use a keen understanding of blower door and other auditing equipment
Conduct detailed, post-work home inspections to ensure everything is done to the highest standard
Qualification
Required
Experience in residential construction, home inspections, or conducting energy audits
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Strong analytical and communication experience
Project/client management experience
Ability to work with clients
Ability to multitask
Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces
Ability to travel around the greater Atlanta area
Preferred
BPI certification
Experience with BPI audits and BPI training
Familiarity with project and team management in a field/construction setting
Experience working in homes and interacting with homeowners
Construction or related experience
