Responsibilities

Lead delivery of a landmark Single Digital Patient Record program
Influence senior clinical leaders and drive large-scale change
Shape future digital health service models in Western Sydney
Manage and deliver the Single Digital Patient Record—build governance, lead change and ensure safe, on-time digital transformation across healthcare
Lead program scope, planning, resourcing and delivery within budget and timeframes
Build and maintain strong partnerships with clinical leaders and senior stakeholders
Oversee governance, risk management and decision-making frameworks
Drive local change management and transition activities aligned with state programs
Identify and manage clinical safety, quality and implementation risks

Required

Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or recognised industry certifications in program and project management, such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP
Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects and programs, with the ability to coordinate and prioritise constrained resources and budgets to deliver on priorities
Familiarity with clinical software, applications and workflows and demonstrated ability to learn new systems and general understanding of information technology systems and processes
Experience effectively managing organisational change and the ability to implement effective strategies to minimise and overcome resistance
Strong analytical, conceptual, process development and problem-solving skills to facilitate the development of safe, effective solutions, in consultation with stakeholders
Demonstrated highly developed written and oral communication skills, and ability to build relationships and positively influence stakeholders within a complex environment
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage, develop and lead people, including team building, facilitation, and people management skills
Valid NSW Driver's license and willing to use it for work purposes
