Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover emerging trends and pinpoint key industries for penetration, leveraging data-driven insights to prioritize opportunities and guide strategic decisions
Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to provide actionable intelligence, enabling Mercedes-Benz to maintain leadership and anticipate shifts in the fleet landscape
Refine and elevate the existing fleet strategy to ensure it remains competitive, scalable, and aligned with evolving customer needs, while introducing innovative approaches to strengthen market positioning
Define clear KPIs and design engaging sales contests that inspire performance, foster accountability, and deliver measurable results across the fleet sales organization
Develop and deliver compelling, visually polished presentations for internal stakeholders and customers, articulating value propositions and strategic initiatives with clarity and persuasive impact
Stay ahead of industry developments and emerging technologies, applying forward-thinking insights to continuously enhance strategies and maintain a culture of innovation

Required

You must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation development
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
