Senior LevelKA Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their healthcare team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing medical procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Assessing patients to determine the appropriate type and dosage of anesthesia to administer
Administering anesthesia and monitoring patients throughout medical procedures
Managing and adjusting anesthesia levels as needed
Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and comfort
Providing post-anesthesia care and monitoring patients in the recovery room
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Adhering to safety protocols and best practices in anesthesia administration
Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current on anesthesia techniques and best practices
Qualification
Required
Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Current state license as a Nurse Anesthetist
Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
