Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of healthcare or pharmaceutical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
Communicate project goals, progress, risks, and expectations clearly to internal teams and external partners
Track milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate effectively across departments to align priorities and facilitate decision-making
Analyze project data, metrics, and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize project delivery processes
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, summarizing progress, achievements, and areas for improvement

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline)
5-7 years of experience in project or program management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

PMP certification (preferred but not required)
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
