Responsibilities
Identify integration opportunities and architect unified AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Database
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures using cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven systems
Lead architecture reviews, develop proofs-of-concept, and solve complex technical challenges related to AI integration
Partner with engineering teams to establish architectural standards, ensure quality, and promote best practices across AI and database projects
Promote and ensure best practices for performance, reliability, security, and compliance
Provide technical mentorship and thought leadership in Oracle Database technologies to engineering teams, while remaining hands-on with implementation
Collaborate closely with technical leaders to align integration efforts and accelerate AI innovation
Qualification
Required
Deep Oracle Database expertise
Experience in leading the integration of advanced AI capabilities
Ability to identify and execute integration opportunities
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to deliver cohesive, scalable, and innovative AI solutions
Experience in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures using cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven systems
Experience leading architecture reviews
Ability to develop proofs-of-concept
Experience solving complex technical challenges related to AI integration
Ability to partner with engineering teams to establish architectural standards
Experience ensuring quality and promoting best practices across AI and database projects
Ability to promote and ensure best practices for performance, reliability, security, and compliance
Experience providing technical mentorship and thought leadership in Oracle Database technologies
Ability to remain hands-on with implementation
Experience collaborating closely with technical leaders to align integration efforts and accelerate AI innovation

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
