Human Resources Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Updates and maintains annual performance review templates based on needs of the organization
Manages day-to-day administration of Performance Management system
Manages annual review cycle (launch, support and audit)
Manages access to vendor system UI
Works with vendor personnel and internal staff to identify and implement improvements to St. Elizabeth’s license administration processes
Manages access to vendor system UI
Audits vendor data
Works with HR Operations Specialists to ensure clean data entry
Identifies and implements improvements to St. Elizabeth’s ACA compliance processes
Investigates data discrepancies
Manages monthly processes
Data audits
Annual data processing / upload to IRS
Continuous re-evaluation of “current state”
Ability to work with IS, HRIS and HR stakeholders to automate manual processes when possible
Works with vendor personnel and internal staff to identify and implement improvements to St. Elizabeth’s processes regarding employment history and pay verification
Manages access to vendor system UI
Creates and administers document retention processes by following established industry best practices
Creates and administers audit plans of stored documents
Manages document destruction process
Provides support for email group, faxes, telephone calls as needed
Assists with the in-person associate experience at Dolwick (front desk operations, identification badges, document processing)
Performs special projects for the Manager of HR Operations and performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience in auditing electronic data
Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement
Good interpersonal skills and organizational abilities
Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
2 or more years of Human Resources experience or 4 or more years of applicable experience
