Air Ticket Sales Manager
同程旅行 is a travel company focusing on air ticket sales, and they are seeking an Air Ticket Sales Manager. The role involves developing distribution channels in the U.S., executing sales strategies, and collaborating with various teams to optimize air ticket sales.
Responsibilities
Identify and expand local U.S. downstream air ticket distribution channels (including travel agencies, OTA platforms, agents, etc.), establish a stable partner network; maintain key customer relationships to enhance cooperation stickiness and renewal rates
Develop targeted downstream distribution plans, negotiate distribution agreements, cooperation terms, and marketing support programs to ensure the achievement of sales targets and profit indicators
Track sales data of distribution channels, analyze performance gaps, and formulate improvement measures to drive growth in air ticket bookings, revenue, and market share
Collaborate with internal product, operation, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth alignment of air ticket inventory, pricing, and booking processes, and resolve operational issues for partners
Insight into U.S. air distribution market trends, competitor strategies, and industry policies (including ARC and IATA rules) to optimize distribution strategies; ensure all distribution activities comply with local U.S. regulations and industry standards
Regularly output performance reports of distribution channels, and optimize channel structure, cooperation models, and resource allocation based on data feedback
Qualification
Required
Must hold legal work authorization in the U.S. (no company sponsorship required) and be able to work full-time in the U.S
Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in U.S. air ticket B2B downstream distribution, travel industry sales, or channel management. Familiarity with the U.S. air distribution ecosystem is preferred
Proficient in U.S. air ticket distribution rules and processes; experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, etc.) and NDC-related technology applications is preferred
Excellent business negotiation skills and customer relationship management capabilities; candidates with mature local U.S. downstream distribution channel resources will be given extra consideration
English as the working language, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in Spanish is an important plus
Strong data analysis awareness, goal-oriented, and ability to work under pressure; capable of independently advancing business with experience in cross-cultural team collaboration
Understanding of aviation industry compliance requirements; strict adherence to industry standards such as ARC and IATA, as well as local U.S. relevant regulations
Preferred
Familiarity with the U.S. air distribution ecosystem
Experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, etc.) and NDC-related technology applications
Proficiency in Spanish is an important plus
