Membership Experience Manager, Austin Women's Social Club (Part-Time)
Tribe is an early stage startup focused on combating loneliness by building social clubs that foster connection and belonging. They are seeking a part-time Membership Experience Manager to operationalize programs for their Austin Women's Social Club, ensuring a positive experience for members and coordinating events.

Responsibilities
Work directly with the founder and our team of badass hosts to launch and operationalize new programs for our Austin Women's Social Club
Lead weekly planning meetings with staff hosts and volunteers to oversee and coordinate our calendar of events
Track and oversee the deployment of our event budget for facilitators, venues, and activities
Write and send our weekly member newsletter with upcoming events
Respond to member inquiries via email and WhatsApp
Spark conversations in WhatsApp groups that lead to in-person meetups
Welcome new members and help them get oriented to the club
Host in-person new-member events to welcome them to the club
Collect feedback and ideas from members to shape future events
Check in with disengaged members and help reactivate them
Organize personalized meetups for members needing extra connection
Hustle - take ownership of Tribe's growth and do whatever it takes (i.e. get sh•• done)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Program Management or People Operations
communicate with deadly precision
are a Hogwarts-caliber wizard with spreadsheets
have high stamina and can dial up the intensity on-demand
always bring the good vibes
are comfortable working mostly with women
self-identify as a community builder
have an obsessive attention to detail
