This key leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction while mentoring field teams and representing Winter as the lead jobsite representative.

Responsibilities
Lead field operations for K-12, higher education, and municipal projects
Direct daily jobsite activities, including subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety management
Develop and manage project schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project), conduct look-aheads, and mitigate delays
Partner with Project Managers and Project Executives to achieve budget, schedule, and quality goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners
Mentor and manage Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field staff
Qualification
Required
10+ years of superintendent experience, with at least 5 years as lead superintendent on ground-up education and/or municipal projects
Proven ability to manage projects $100M+ in size
Strong scheduling skills (P6 or MS Project)
OSHA 30 certification required
Must come from a general contractor background
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
