Business Development Executive
Crewlogix Technologies is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales growth across the UAE, USA, and MENA markets. The role involves full-cycle sales ownership from lead generation to deal closure, leveraging local market knowledge to develop new business opportunities and meet defined sales targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within UAE, USA, or MENA markets
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (360° sales) from prospecting to closing
Leverage local market knowledge and networks to generate qualified leads
Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with prospects and decision-makers
Understand client requirements and propose tailored, value-driven solutions
Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and commercial terms
Meet and exceed defined sales and revenue targets
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
3–6+ years of B2B sales / business development experience
Proven experience selling within UAE, USA, or MENA markets
Must be a local resident with strong understanding of regional business practices
Demonstrated success in closing mid to enterprise-level B2B deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Existing network of decision-makers and corporate clients
Experience in IT services, SaaS, consulting, or technology solutions
Familiarity with regional compliance, procurement, and contracting processes
Experience working with international clients and cross-border teams
