They are seeking a proactive Product Development Coordinator to manage the execution and organization of product development across their brand portfolio, focusing on maintaining project tracking, vendor communication, and asset organization.

Responsibilities

Single source of truth: maintain the master PD tracker (owners, due dates, next steps, risks, links)

Portfolio “library”: find and organize historical assets (old brands, prior samples/parts, vendor files, quotes, templates) so we can reuse what works

Agency-style coordination: act as the connective tissue across brands/projects—keeping priorities clear and updates consistent

Partner + consultant management: maintain a directory of partners/consultants; coordinate communication and follow-ups

Quotes + comparisons: track RFQs/quotes and maintain standardized comparisons (MOQ, lead times, costs, terms)

Budget + finance visibility: track commitments/invoices/due dates and communicate cleanly with finance for reporting (visibility, not approvals)

Samples + reviews: coordinate sample receiving/tracking/routing so approvals move fast
