The IST Intern will gain hands-on experience in audio-visual technology, assisting with setup and operation of sound, lighting, and video systems for public meetings and events.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate sound, lighting, and video systems
Assist with live and recorded productions for public meetings
Troubleshoot and maintain AV gear
Collaborate with IT and media professionals in real-world environment
Perform other work as required
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student
Minimum grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.8
Ability to participate in the full 10-week program
Exhibit a commitment to public service
Genuine interest in learning about public administration
Pre-employment drug testing required
FBI criminal background check required
Education/degree verification required
Interest in technology, media, or event production
Curious, dependable, and eager to learn
Must be a US citizen or have been a lawful resident of the US for the past ten consecutive years
Successfully passing a more stringent criminal background check required
