Responsibilities

Lead strategy and transformation programs across commerce, CX, and growth
Advise client executives on growth levers: RGM, retail media, loyalty, D2C
Shape, pitch, and win proposals — accountable for sales and margin
Design and oversee Target Operating Models that align strategy, people, process and tech
Translate AI into CPG-specific use cases (personalization, trade optimization, forecasting)
Codify and productize playbooks and accelerators
Mentor and coach managers and consultants

Required

15+ years professional experience, 8+ in management consulting
Deep CPG expertise
Proven record of selling and delivering $5M+ engagements
AI fluency beyond tools
Familiarity with MarTech/commerce platforms
Experience in Target Operating Model design, process architecture, etc. within consulting
Willingness to travel 50–75%
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
