Maintain accurate reports and spreadsheets
Participate in phone rotation
Input data from the submitted paperwork
Regularly update account information and progress
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
High School Diploma or GED
Attention to detail
Desire to uphold great customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
Excellent time-management
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse high-tension situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to stay on task, even when working from home
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and make logical decisions based on the information provided
Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications
Preferred
Call Center experience (1+ years preferred)
Customer Service experience (1+ years preferred)
Insurance Experience a plus
