Engagement Manager for TSS Oracle NA
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Engagement Manager for their TSS ESU Oracle Engagement Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate a qualified opportunity pipeline through proactive connects and customer relationship management, while driving significant growth in Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS opportunities.

Responsibilities
Generate qualified Opportunity Pipeline through proactive connects, market research, account mining public tender notifications, pro sales and deal conversion, Customer relationship Management, Oracle Liaison, Engagement health check and escalation management
Drive a minimum 30% YoY growth in TSS ESU Oracle opportunity pipeline for Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Oracle On premise implementation/transformation, Oracle GBU product implementation and support, and a 20% YoY revenue growth from new opportunity conversion and key account mining
Improve customer relationship health status, engage in project delivery reviews and escalation management
Qualification
Required
Good understanding of Oracle product offerings, especially SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and GBU products
Verbal and Written Communication skills in English language
Strong presentation and articulation skills
Knowledge of relevant geography market for Oracle ERP software, market and product trends, niche and boutique players in Oracle ERP and Analytics system implementers, Oracle ERP System implementer competition landscape and competition strengths & weaknesses
Networking skills with business prospects
Strong experience in sales/presales/business development/delivery for Oracle Cloud implementation and support services in relevant geography market
Experience in ERP implementation service pre-sales/delivery for at least three large Oracle Cloud transformation engagements
Preferred
Knowledge of Oracle Corporation's sales organization structure for the respective Geography and key contacts like Account Directors, Product sales leads
Additional experience in project management, change management in large transformation engagements
Experience in working on joint go to market initiatives with Oracle corporation
Experience in generating sales leads and connects from events like Oracle Cloud World, OAUG and other real/virtual networking platforms
